Silvia Morello
Administrative manager of the RenX Italia Srl group and of Clear Energy Srl. Extensive expertise in the management of renewable source plants for all financial, administrative and corporate aspects
Sylwia Hildegarda Bernaś
After classical studies and other experiences abroad, she settled in Italy for almost 20 years, collaborating in various capacities with various companies in the commercial field. In 2017 she returned to Poland and since 2018 she has been the President and financier of Syma Polska sp.zoo, a company active in the IT sector, in business consultancy and real estate brokerage. She oversees all administrative activities of the RenX Group in Poland.
Vito Vittore
Lawyer with consolidated experience in capital market law and investment services, he assists banks, intermediaries, investment funds and companies operating in various sectors, especially in the financial and energy sectors. He is a founding partner of Legalia, previously collaborated with leading international law firms between Italy and the United Kingdom and worked for an important investment bank and an energy multinational.
Alicja Gabryliszyn
Chemical Engineer graduated from the Technical University of Wroclaw (Poland), with specialization in production management and analysis of industrial systems at the Economic University of Wroclaw. She is part of the RenX Project Management team in Poland, where she coordinates numerous renewable energy development projects across Europe.
Alicja Mikuś
Energy systems engineer, with a great passion for solar energy, graduated from the Technical University of Wroclaw. She is the team leader of the Project Management department of the RenX Group. In addition to international coordination activities, she directly follows the developments in Poland, for several hundred MWp of photovoltaic projects.
Stefano Morello
Chartered Accountant and Auditor, partner of the ABM & Partners firm of Vicenza, in addition to ordinary business consultancy, he is specialized in M&A areas and international contracts.
Aleksandra Surmińska
She holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Silesian Polytechnic University (Gliwice) and a specialization in production and technological systems engineering from the Economic University of Wroclaw. She is part of the Project Management team of the RenX group where you deal with transversal projects, taking care of technical, technological, business and financing aspects.
Piotr Protasiuk
He holds a degree in Economics from the Wroclaw University of Economics, with a specialization in Project Management. He is part of the Business Development team for the creation of new projects, negotiating land with public bodies and private entities. He supports the group’s activities in relations with investors, funds and energy companies.
Michal Krzak
He graduated in Economics – Administration and Finance at the Economic University of Wroclaw, with a specialization in General Management and a thesis on Crowdfunding. He is a founding partner and attorney of the Syma group in Poland. He started several companies of the group overseeing all legal, business and administrative aspects. For RenX today he oversees the development activities of the Business Development team.

Energy System Engineer graduated from the Technical University of Wroclaw. He is part of the Business Development team for the creation of new projects, negotiating land with public bodies and private entities.
Dariusz Lehmann
Mechanics and power engineer from the Technical University of Wroclaw. He is part of the Business Development team for the creation of new projects, negotiating land with public bodies and private entities.
